With over 10 years of classroom training and field experience, Cody brings extensive technical knowledge and a hands-on approach to every project. He is respected by our employees, customers, and the general contractors he works alongside, and consistently represents NOVA Fire & Ice at the highest level. As Field Superintendent, Cody now oversees our field operations, supports our foremen and crews, and helps ensure every project meets the standard our company has built its reputation on.     Hayden Brown (Pictured Left) - Warehouse Manager

    Hayden has grown through the ranks at NOVA Fire & Ice, building his experience in the field and developing into a skilled Lead Mechanic before stepping into his current role as Warehouse Manager. His hands-on knowledge of our trade gives him a unique understanding of what our field teams need to stay productive and keep projects moving. Hayden now oversees our warehouse operations, material coordination, inventory, and deliveries while serving as an important connection between the office and the field. His initiative, reliability, and willingness to take on greater responsibility have continued to set him apart. As Owner and President, Eric remains actively involved in the direction of the company while empowering his team to lead, grow, and take ownership of their respective roles.
